How is JCU making a difference?
Take a look at our JCU GP training stories
Due to the ongoing situation in Australia regarding COVID-19, the Board of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) has made the difficult decision to postpone the below Fellowship examinations:
|Exam||Original Date||Revised Date|
|2020.1 OSCE||23 May 2020||
8 November 2020 (Close Of Enrolments tentatively 6 September 2020)
|2020.2 KFP/AKT||17 & 18 July 2020||September 2020 (Close Of Enrolments tentatively 15 May 2020)|
|2020.2 OSCE||8 Nov 2020||February 2021 (Close Of Enrolments tentatively 23 November 2020)|
The RACGP will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and make future decisions on exams based on newest information. Protecting the health and safety of our members and the community is our paramount priority and we are acting to ensure we can minimise the risk of transmission as much as possible.
We do not underestimate the potential impact of this decision on candidate training. We are carefully working through the ramifications for every candidate. The RACGP is working with the Department of Health and other stakeholders to support exam candidates impacted by COVID-19.
