James Cook University (JCU) is proud to collaborate with a dedicated team of medical professionals who help train the next generation of GPs via their GP training program.
Our team of GP supervisors, medical educators and practices ensure registrars experience a breadth of clinical experience, prepare for fellowship exams, and are ready for unsupervised clinical practice.
Supervisors work closely with registrars to help develop general practice knowledge and skills, enabling registrars to practice independently as a GP. Becoming a supervisor is a wonderful way to give back to the general practice profession, and to enhance your own clinical knowledge. Read More
